Watch Live doesnt work! I want my money back!!!!!!

Dont pay for FEI TV. The app hasnt been updated since 2013. You wont be able to view any of the live streams. The app just crashes every time you try to access the content you want. So frustrating.

I rated 5 stars just to bring attention so somebody would read it for been the only positive review. Is a disgrace that nobody take action. Both apple and the FEI r thieves, cause u know that the problem exist and do absolutely nothing about it. Im starting a class action. Unbelievable that an app that has such bad reviews isnt removed from the store. They r just robbing us and nobody seems to care. Apple should take action to protect the customers removing from the store apps that does not work, other ways is just as responsible becoming a partner meaning apple is robbing us as well cause the r getting part of our money and not doing anything about it. The subscription isnt cheap, but mostly is the disappointment of planning to watch an event and not been able to. I cant believe that an international federation that makes the amount of money the FEI makes just doesnt care about their users and cant just hire a Tecnician to fix a software problem. They just dont care, like in many other matters, like the sport itself, but that would be another topic. I never write reviews, but this problems has going for years!!! Yes many years!!! Everyone I know in the horse bussines has an account, they r making lots of money!! And the just dont care cause there r no consequences. BAD APPLE!! Really bad, u should know better. FEI no comments, embarrassed to be a part of it for so many years, unfortunately I have no choice to be part of it if I want to keep competing internationally.

A year ago this worked, not great, but now its impossible to log on without if going back to dest top view. Please repair it!!!

Horrible. Crashes all the time and does not have replays, only live video.

Longer videos are timing out before they can load. :( worried about streaming before Rolex 2013 airs.

Overall I’m thankful for the app and it does some/most of what it advertises. Needs an update - seems to have been ignored for a while after development. Bugs that I’ve noticed: - When you’re watching a live feed, you can’t tap the screen to activate the controls. To pause or go back, you have to exit the app altogether. - I haven’t found where you can watch the live replays on the app (like you can on the desktop version). This is a major gap, IMO - If you close your iPad while on the app and come back later, the “watch now” button for the live feeds don’t respond, and you have to exit the app and reenter to reactive the button.

It used to work with Apple TV with the iPad. If I start the video and push it to Apple TV, it reports an error on playback. The app freezes and I have to shutdown the application to restart the video. Please fix! Overall a good app to watch the FEI events around the world.

Absolutely useless for on-line programs - shuts down every time when I try to watch live reports.

I should have read the reviews before spending my money. Thank goodness I only paid for the one month instead of the year subscription. It simply does not work.

In spite having downloaded and deleted the app several times, I always get a black screen upon opening it. Does not work with Ipod touch iOS 6.1.6

I got this app to watch the videos on my phone but it only has under 50 clips and no search option.

Does not work for iPhone 4 nor iPhone 5. Customer service very nice but not able to access live broadcasts after many tries and I am a subscribing member. Very disappointing to the start of WEG. I counted on using my mobile .....

Really awful, whenever launched only provides a black screen.

I got for WEG also. I am a subscribing member. Cant view anything worthwhile. No replays either. Very disappointed

I paid for the FEI TV subscription today to watch the World Cup Jumping finals, only to find that the app locks up after a few minutes of playing the live broadcast. By the time I kill the app and restart, the rest of the round of the rider is over.

Dont even waste your time.. Only shows like 1 minute clips, no ability to stream or watch full replays... Uninstalling and canceling my membership.. How bout coming into modern times and allow people to stream through their devices??????

But worst is that Feitv Cust service is horrendous. They could care less. Happy to take your money and then they dont want to know you. With all these 1 star reviews when are they going to wake up and smell the roses. Smells of the " old guard" elitism that the FEI used to be famous for if you werent in their inner circle.

I dont know what others are talking about- it works perfectly for me on both my iPhone and iPad. I use it all the time when Im traveling. To view live streams and full events you do need a subscription: but this is fairly standard for such high level competitions.

$80 for subscription and app keeps crashing:( not a happy customer
