Horrible! When will the FEI take notice?

But worst is that Feitv Cust service is horrendous. They could care less.
Happy to take your money and then they dont want to know you.
With all these 1 star reviews when are they going to wake up and smell the roses.
Smells of the " old guard" elitism that the FEI used to be famous for if you werent in their inner circle.
