I lost my money

WARNING!! Do NOT pay for FEI TV!!
They will take your money whether you can use their app or not.

I paid to be able to see their live shows, but just like previous comments I was never able to see anything.
The player kept crashing so I wasnt able to see anything.
I tried updating the app, my device and I even tried to run the app on a different device, but the same thing happened on all of the devices.

I contacted their customer support several times but they never responded.
I contacted ITunes for a refund but they couldnt help me and advised me to contact the apps customer service instead.
I lost all my money and was not able to see any shows. Please do not trust these people!!
